Signs of Spring are blooming in Claiborne Parish this month. With Citizens Bank & Trust becoming a Business Partner on March 5, cash and pledges went over $750,000. Mr. Buddy Pixley was given the honor of making the call to Walter Meridith of SPA Architects to ask them to begin! Mr. Pixley was also instrumental in making sure the goal was reached by making a personal donation. Donations are being received daily.
